How can I track my order?
Shipping times during peak season may be longer than usual. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You will be able to track your package directly via the link provided.
Do you deliver internationally?

Are some purchases final sales?
You have 21 days from receipt of your order to make a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and accompanied by their original tags, in their original packaging. No refunds will be issued for a product; only an exchange will be offered. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
For hygiene and quality control reasons, items showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, deodorant, hair, stains, damage, or any other alteration will not be accepted. Returned items must be in new and resalable condition.
We also reserve the right to limit or refuse returns from customers with a history of excessive, unusual, fraudulent, or abusive returns.
Sale items, pre-order items, personalized items, or items purchased with a final promotion may be considered final sale and not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return shipping fees and original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or receipt of a defective item. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.
Any abusive chargeback request or attempt at fraud may result in the refusal of future orders and appropriate administrative action.
